Cancellation Policy

Due to our small, intimate setting at Danette's Urban Oasis, cancellations affect our business significantly.  Therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

We understand that life happens, kids, work illness etc.  We can cancel or reschedule your appointment if you do so in a reasonable amount of time.

Please give us 3 hours or more for a single service, 24 hours or more for a spa package.  If you cancel without 3 hours notice you will be charged $20.00.

If you cancel a spa package without 24 hour notice, you will be charged $40.00.

If you are a no show, you will be charged the full amount for the service that was missed.
